This was a project for Beachview Realty, a real estate brokerage in Newport Beach, CA. I was tasked with creating a “Meet The Agent” commercial video elevating the brand and capturing the agent’s personality on video in a sophisticated and cinematic look. We wanted to create something that wasn’t typically “real estate” giving the agent and company a human touch.
Since this was the first in this series of videos, it was important to get the mood right while establishing a cohesive tone throughout all future agent content. I made sure to get a series of shots in slow motion, close up detail shots on location, staged client meetings and other scenes that worked with the script for B-roll, and designed lighting and set for the interview portions that would be easy to replicated in future agent videos and keep all subsequent videos on brand.
I interviewed the agent, did set and lighting design, shot agent on location, all B-Roll, and edited and handled all post production.
